Lead the global AI/ML strategy and platform build-out for Research to embed AI agents, models, and tools into wet‑lab and dry‑lab scientists' daily workflows. Translate research priorities into a compliant AI services layer—data foundations, MLOps, agentic assistants, and model governance—to shorten time from experiment to insight and improve decision quality. Partner cross‑functionally to deliver scalable, scientist‑facing AI solutions and drive measurable adoption and ROI.
