About this role

The Director, AIT Acceleration Lead drives Forward Deployment Engineering and AI engineering as a unified acceleration engine, partnering with AI Product Owners to rapidly validate and build minimum viable products for high-value AI opportunities. This role leads a multidisciplinary engineering squad to prove feasibility, desirability, and value before scaling solutions to production teams. The position focuses on rapid prototyping, small language model development, and delivering the AI layer of the AI Empowered Consumption Layer within the China AI platform.

Responsibilities

Lead forward deployment engineering and AI engineering as a single acceleration engine
Develop and validate small language models and domain models for commercial use cases
Manage the acceleration-to-scale transition with Digital and Technology and PIC
