Director, Allocation & Planning

The Director of Allocation & Planning leads the Senior Planning and Allocation teams to drive inventory optimization, allocation strategy, and merchandise planning execution across the organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Distribution, and Logistics to translate company strategies into actionable inventory decisions. The position oversees allocation and replenishment strategies to maximize sales, margin, and product availability while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
