Director, Analytical Development

This role leads analytical development for oligonucleotide drug substance and drug product within the CMC function at Korro Bio. The leader oversees method development, validation, and routine analysis to support an RNA editing therapeutic pipeline from early development through approval. The position manages internal and external analytical activities, contributes to CMC strategy, and ensures compliance with cGMP and regulatory expectations. It is a highly visible role requiring close collaboration across CMC teams and CDMOs in a fast-paced biotech environment.
