Director, Analytics Engineering

The Director, Analytics Engineering leads a team of analytics engineers and contractors to build trusted analytics capabilities for the Research organization. This leadership-first role involves setting direction, developing people, reviewing critical designs and code, and managing hiring and performance. The position requires translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into deliverable solutions and guiding forecasting, propensity, segmentation, and attribution work.
