Senior training lead for AstraZeneca’s APAC Lean Academy responsible for representing AZSS best practice and delivering region-wide capability building. The role develops and delivers Lean, TPM and AI/new-technology training to prepare talent for autonomous manufacturing and partners with business stakeholders across levels to align learning with operational needs. It also supports scaling and standardizing training experiences across AZ operations.
