Translate onshore architectural visions into actionable delivery plans
Establish rigorous QA processes to minimize defects and technical debt
Foster a strong engineering mindset across the team without traditional coding

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related field15+ years of experience in technology or platform deliveryExperience leading offshore/nearshore teams of 20+ membersDeep expertise in Agile delivery methodologiesStrong understanding of SDLC tailored for platform-based configuration
