About this role

The Director, Applied AI leads the strategy, delivery, and adoption of transformational AI solutions across Insulet's critical functions, including Quality, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. This role partners with senior business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into scalable AI and data products that enhance quality, compliance, and patient outcomes. As a key leader within the Enterprise AI & Data organization, the role combines applied AI expertise with product leadership and change management to drive enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and delivery of transformational AI solutions across critical business functions
Translate business opportunities into scalable AI and data products to enhance operational performance
Establish responsible AI governance and risk management practices for regulated industry use cases
