Director, Apprenticeships & Workforce Partnerships

The Director, Apprenticeships & Workforce Partnerships provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and workforce development programs at San Jose City College. The role involves managing funding, ensuring regulatory compliance, and establishing partnerships with employers, labor organizations, and community stakeholders to support student success and regional workforce needs. This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and focuses on program growth and career pathway development.
