Director, Architecture, Cloud & Services

The Director, Architecture, Cloud & Services provides strategic leadership and operational accountability for enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, middleware services, and enabling technology services that support Frontier's business operations. This role defines and executes roadmaps for secure, scalable, reliable, and cost‑effective technology platforms, partnering with senior IT and business leaders to translate priorities into architecture standards and delivery models. The position also oversees multi‑million‑dollar budgets, vendor strategy, and FinOps practices while building and leading a high‑performing team of architects, cloud engineers, and DevOps professionals.
