The Director, Asset Management provides leadership and direction to the asset management team, overseeing account strategy, long-term customer obligations, asset performance, profitability, and execution across multiple customer sites. This role serves as the reviewer, advisor, approver, and escalation leader for asset management plans, KPIs, capital planning, customer account performance, and complex operational issues. The position ensures alignment with contractual obligations, operational objectives, and business goals while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
