About this role
The Director, R&D QA is a senior leadership role at AstraZeneca responsible for strategy leadership within R&D Quality Assurance, focusing on Process & Systems audit and serving as an extended member of the Audit Leadership Team. The role supports development and delivery of the GxP-regulated, risk-based audit program across R&D functions, suppliers, clinical studies, labs and devices. It is based in Toronto with a hybrid work model (three days in office) and reports to the Executive Director, Audit Quality Assurance.
