Director, Authentication and Directory Services

The Director, Authentication and Directory Services provides global leadership and strategic direction for Pfizer's enterprise authentication and directory capabilities, overseeing a portfolio that includes Active Directory, hybrid/cloud directory services, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. This role is accountable for the people, platforms, operating model, service health, and security posture of mission-critical Tier 0 services used by colleagues, contractors, partners, applications, and infrastructure. The leader manages a globally distributed team, sets technical guardrails, and ensures secure, resilient, and scalable services while remaining technically engaged in high-impact decisions.
