The Director of Automation leads the definition and execution of AIA’s automation strategy across cloud, infrastructure, network, and security domains, driving transformation of IT operations. The role secures stakeholder alignment, partners with architecture and security teams, and embeds automation into core IT processes to improve efficiency, scalability and governance. The director also guides automation roadmaps, influences technology selection, and represents automation strategy to senior management.
