Director, Axis — Decision Advantage & AI Applications

Quantum Sky is seeking a Director to lead the Axis pillar, an elite team responsible for building AI applications and decision advantage solutions for federal missions. This role involves establishing and enforcing an AI-native software development lifecycle, defining engineering standards, and driving the adoption of agentic backplane technologies across the organization. The Director will oversee a small team of engineers, manage the product line's roadmap and IP, and serve as the technical face of Axis for program offices and executive stakeholders.
