The Director, Business Development Transactions supports execution of CSL’s partnering, licensing, acquisition and collaboration deals by managing transaction-level diligence, analysis and coordination. The role translates senior deal leaders’ strategic direction into structured negotiation positions and transaction documentation. It ensures deals progress with accuracy, speed and high operational rigour while enabling cross-functional alignment across scientific, legal and commercial stakeholders.
