The Director, Bioassay Development leads the Bioassay Development function within Technical Operations Analytical & Formulation Development, providing strategic leadership for potency and impurity assay development for complex protein biologics. This role involves mentoring a team, building functional capabilities, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure bioassay strategies support clinical development, regulatory submissions, and commercial readiness. The position requires deep technical expertise in biologics potency methods, method qualification, and GMP readiness to deliver innovative therapies for serious diseases.
