The Director, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer at GreatAmerica Bank is accountable for managing and maintaining the Bank’s BSA/AML/CFT compliance program and ensuring adherence to applicable financial crimes regulations. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and provides independent assurance to the Board on program adequacy and effectiveness. The position leads the second line of defense and oversees policy, monitoring, reporting, and regulatory interactions.
