About this role
Director of Business Development responsible for originating and executing strategic partnerships to expand Element Biosciences’ presence in diagnostics, pharma, drug discovery, genomics and multi-omics. The role owns a pipeline of partnering opportunities from targeting and diligence through negotiation, contracting, and post-signature execution, and collaborates closely with R&D, product, legal, regulatory, and commercial teams. This is a San Diego–based, on-site position reporting to the SVP, Corporate & Business Development.
