Director, Business Development

The Director, Business Development drives new business development and secures high-quality work-based experiences for Year Up United students by building partnerships with major corporations nationwide. This role involves managing a pipeline of target accounts, engaging C-suite executives, and closing revenue while ensuring a smooth transition of new client relationships to account management teams. The position also includes mentoring students and supporting the organization's mission to close the opportunity gap through equitable access to economic opportunity.
