The Director, Business Intelligence & AI leads the strategy, evolution, and delivery of enterprise business intelligence capabilities to help leaders and teams make stronger decisions that improve occupancy, operating performance, workforce effectiveness, and resident experience. This role owns the BI product roadmap, partners with cross-functional teams, and ensures reporting and semantic models are scalable, governed, and reusable across dashboards and AI-enabled experiences. The position reports to the VP, Data & AI and oversees the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.
