About this role
The Director, Business Intelligence for HUB Canada West leads the regional BI function, driving implementation and adoption of business intelligence tools and enabling data-driven decision making across the organization. Reporting to the COO and working with regional leadership and the Canada Data team, the role provides analytics and insights across sales, finance, operations, customer and talent domains and helps shape strategic analytics initiatives.
