The Director, Campus Security promotes the protection of life and safety for residents, visitors, and associates across the Charles E. Smith Life Communities campus. Reporting to the President/CEO, this role serves as an expert security advisor and liaison, overseeing the development and implementation of security operations, policies, and crisis response protocols. The position involves coordinating with law enforcement, managing security vendors, and ensuring the organization's resilience through comprehensive training and threat assessments.
