About this role
The Lead, CDCC Business Advisory & Regulatory Affairs is the primary legal and regulatory partner for the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation (CDCC), responsible for coordinating legal and regulatory strategy to support its operational resilience and growth. The role interfaces with CDCC senior leadership and external regulators (including the CSA and Bank of Canada) and helps shape regulatory positioning across Canadian and key international jurisdictions. Based in Montreal, the position is hybrid (2–3 days/week in the office).
