About this role
The Director, Cell Culture Development will lead TechOps activities to advance protein-based biologics through clinical development and toward commercialization. This role manages relationships with CDMOs and provides technical leadership for scale-up, tech transfer, and late-phase manufacturing campaigns. The position is embedded in the Drug Substance Development and Manufacturing organization and collaborates closely with analytical, device, drug product, and supply chain teams to support regulatory submissions and product launch readiness.
