The Director, Cell Therapy Quality Management provides senior leadership and subject-matter expertise for quality management across AstraZeneca’s cell therapy clinical operations. Based in the CTCO Business Processes, Quality & Learning team, the role partners across functions and global quality networks to shape quality strategy, governance and continuous improvement for cell therapy programmes. This position supports AstraZeneca’s collaborative, sustainability-focused culture and operates within a hybrid working model.
