Director, Change Enablement

The Director, Change Enablement leads the Change Enablement function to equip employees for strategic business transformations and ensure a seamless client experience. This role drives the enterprise transformation change strategy, improves the Acosta standard for change enablement, and focuses on growing organizational competency to improve adoption, alignment, and engagement. The position involves managing a team of Change Enablement Leads to design and execute comprehensive change management plans in collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
