Director, Change Management

The Director, Change Management leads the enterprise approach to embedding data-driven ways of working at AstraZeneca, driving the adoption of data capabilities through strategic narrative and behavioral insight. This role operates within the Enterprise Data Programmes department, partnering closely with Data project leadership to turn strategy into measurable impact and accelerate the collaboration between Data and automation teams. The responsibilities include designing the organization's data culture, orchestrating internal narratives for R&D, and delivering training to build staff competence and confidence with new data capabilities.
