About this role
The Director, Claims Operations (Auto Physical Damage & Appraisal) will lead and grow the Atlantic Auto Property Damage Adjusting and Appraisal teams, driving performance, employee engagement and quality claims management. The role reports to the Vice President, Atlantic Claims and is a key member of the Atlantic Claims Management Team. This position is based in Atlantic Canada (Dartmouth NS, Dieppe NB or St. John’s NL) and focuses on supporting regional objectives and strategic initiatives.
