The Director, Claims Operations leads and is accountable for auto, property, and other claims operations teams to deliver business results and exceptional member service. The role oversees claims strategy, change adoption, leader development, and operational risk and compliance across multiple geographies (AZ, CA, WA). This position is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with on-site expectations for employees living near a USAA office.
