Director, Client Care - Preferred & Small Business Banking

The Director of Client Care leads a multi‑site organization delivering sales, service, and operational support to small business and preferred banking clients who interact via virtual channels (phone, chat, SMS, etc.). The role oversees client relationships generally under $2M in revenue and under $250M in deposits and serves as a strategic leader driving operational performance, technology transformation, talent development, and risk mitigation. This position partners with business lines across treasury, lending, and commercial teams to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
