Director, Client Care

The Director, Client Care provides enterprise leadership and operational oversight for Mutual Bancorp's Client Care functions, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and a high-quality client experience across subsidiary banks. The role involves developing the Client Care strategy, managing technology and workforce planning, and leading a team of managers to drive continuous improvement and risk management. This position partners closely with stakeholders to align Client Care capabilities with enterprise priorities and the banks' relationship-based service model.
