About this role

The Director of Client Experience at Nasdaq will lead a Manila-based team supporting the company’s market data clients, focusing on delivering a best-in-class client experience for Nasdaq’s Data Link platform. The role serves as a primary point of contact between clients and internal product stakeholders to surface customer insights and improve offerings, while providing hands-on coverage for urgent client issues and escalations. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig within Nasdaq’s market data organization.
