Director, Client Services - Retirement Services

The Director, Client Services - Retirement Services leads the service experience and management of the Retirement Services Key Accounts team, overseeing approximately 40 team members to strengthen client retention and elevate service delivery. This role involves driving the vision and execution of scalable advisor and partner service models while partnering with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional service experiences.
