About this role

The Director of Clinical Development will lead design, execution, and strategic direction of Loyal’s veterinary clinical programs, guiding programs from target product profile to evidence package generation. This senior role partners across Veterinary Affairs, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, CMC, and Commercial to align studies with pathways to FDA-CVM approval. The director reports to the VP, Clinical and Veterinary Medicine and builds a high-performing clinical development team to support product approval and commercialization.
