Director, Clinical Operations

The Director, Clinical Operations provides operational, strategic, and administrative leadership for Lighthouse Guild's Mental Health Treatment and Rehabilitative Services Clinic, Diagnostic and Treatment Center, and Low Vision and Optical Dispensary divisions. This role ensures accessible, coordinated, and efficient services while maintaining regulatory compliance with New York State health and mental health authorities. The position oversees patient access, care coordination, staffing, quality improvement, and financial performance across medical, behavioral health, and optometry services.
