Director, Collections Strategy & Performance

The Director, Collections Strategy & Performance leads the development and execution of BMO’s collections strategies across unsecured, real-estate secured, and business banking portfolios. This role is responsible for building a next‑generation collections ecosystem that leverages advanced analytics, modern decisioning tools, and best‑in‑class models to reduce losses, optimize recoveries, and improve the customer experience. The Director also serves as a designated model user and provides strategic input to model development and operational use while shaping enterprise collections direction and governance.
