Director, Commissioning

As the Cx Commissioning Director, you will own the commissioning program strategy for Bell's national data center portfolio, defining fleet-wide methodologies and governance standards. You will provide technical oversight to site-level leaders, manage vendor strategies, and ensure mission-critical operational readiness across large-scale, high-density facilities. This role involves building and scaling the commissioning function while partnering cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
