Director, Community Impact – NWSL Atlanta

The Director of Community Impact leads the club's community strategy by building authentic relationships with nonprofit, education, and civic organizations. This role designs equity-focused programs, oversees matchday activations, and manages foundation/grantmaking efforts while collaborating with Marketing and Communications teams. Based at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, the position also involves developing youth engagement initiatives and fostering an inclusive club culture.
