About this role

The Director of International Compensation & Benefits leads the design, implementation and management of compensation and benefits programs across an international region spanning 15+ countries. This senior leadership role partners with global Centers of Excellence, regional HR teams and external vendors to ensure competitive, compliant and data-driven total rewards strategies. The role reports into the Vice President, Head of C&B and HR Operations and focuses on regional program governance and cross-country alignment.
