The Director, Compensation is a senior HR leader responsible for the strategy and governance of global compensation programs across TKO/WWE. This role drives competitive and equitable pay frameworks—covering base pay, incentives, and equity—and aligns compensation approaches with business and performance outcomes. The director partners with senior leadership, Finance, and HR teams and reports to the SVP, Total Rewards.
