Director, Compliance

The Director, Compliance reports to the VP, Legal & Compliance and supports the function in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Compliance Program that promotes a companywide culture of ethics and meets applicable regulatory standards. The role involves providing strategic direction across all OIG seven elements of an effective compliance program and assuming primary responsibility for healthcare compliance policies. The position requires managing engagements with healthcare professionals, external funding, and leading comprehensive compliance monitoring and training initiatives.
