Director, Compounding Operations

The Director, Compounding Operations serves as the enterprise owner of compounding operations across Ro’s pharmacy network, overseeing operational execution, quality, compliance, and scalable growth for both sterile and non-sterile compounding. Reporting to the VP of Compounding & Manufacturing, this leader defines the enterprise operating model, standards, and accountability framework to drive consistent performance across all facilities. The role ensures practices are standardized and aligned with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> while partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain inspection readiness and finished-product quality.
