Director, Computer System Quality Team Lead

The Director, Computer System Quality Team Lead provides strategic and subject-matter leadership for Computer System Assurance and quality oversight of GMP/GDP computer systems across Pfizer sites and Digital organizations. The role establishes consistent, risk-based assurance practices for enterprise Digital, artificial intelligence, and federated solutions, ensuring systems remain compliant and inspection-ready throughout their life cycle. This position serves as the Quality authority for the Digital process framework, advising senior leaders on assurance, compliance risk, and regulatory expectations while leading cross-functional initiatives.
