The Director, Connectivity & Integration Operations leads the operational strategy, governance, and tooling that enable secure, scalable connectivity between Inovalon’s platforms and external healthcare systems. This role focuses on ensuring interoperability and reliable data exchange across EMRs, payer APIs, and related ecosystems. The director partners with product, engineering, compliance, and customer teams to drive onboarding, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integration operations.
