The Director of Construction Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for the University's capital construction, renovation, and infrastructure renewal programs. This role manages a diverse portfolio of academic, research, housing, and support facilities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position serves as a key member of the Facilities Management leadership team, establishing project delivery standards and managing consultant and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all construction management activities for capital construction and major renovation projects
Develop and manage departmental operating budgets and oversee project financial reporting
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and building codes

Qualifications
