About this role
The Director, Consumer Access Strategy leads strategic planning for centralized patient access and navigation operations across Valley Health System, ensuring the infrastructure supports system growth and an optimal access experience for patients and referring providers. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders across the System to define vision and manage centralized scheduling functions. The position has direct operational and administrative responsibility for VHS’s Access and Navigation Center.
