Director, Content Operations

The Director, Content Operations will lead the U.S. content workflow for Pluto TV, overseeing partner onboarding, ingestion, quality control, metadata, packaging, and publishing to ensure titles are delivered on schedule and to spec. This role is responsible for building and scaling a high‑performing team, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with cross‑functional partners to drive operational excellence and improve the viewer experience.
