About this role

The Director, Continuous Improvement - QSR owns the CI strategy and execution across the Quick Service Restaurants business unit, deploying the OPX360 operating system and defining processes to attain annual KPIs. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role manages regional CI managers, develops leaders, and drives cultural transformation through lean methodologies and change management. The position requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution to lead high-priority projects and facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events.
