The Director, Contracts at MetroStar will lead and scale the Contracts & Procurement function, reporting to the COO and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—overseeing federal contract strategy, supporting government missions across defense, civilian, and intel agencies, and building a high-performing contracts team. The Director will also ensure compliance with regulations and drive continuous improvement across contract operations.
